Information we collect
When an adult, parent or guardian submits an enrolment enquiry, we may receive their name, email address, the player's chess level, goals and message. We may also process ordinary technical and aggregated analytics information needed to operate and improve the website.
Children and family information
Enrolment forms should be completed by an adult, parent or legal guardian. Children should not submit personal information independently. Please provide only the information reasonably needed for the academy to respond.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss suitable chess instruction, arrange academy services, maintain security and improve the website. We do not sell personal information or marketing lists.
Cookies, analytics and providers
Essential technology may be used to operate forms and protect the site. Analytics may measure general website use. Hosting, email, form, analytics and security providers may process limited information on the academy's behalf. Where required, optional analytics should only run after consent.
Sale or transfer of the website
The domain, academy brand, public content and technical assets may be sold or transferred to a new owner. Enrolment enquiries, contact records and other identifiable personal information are not included unless affected adults are notified in advance and the transfer is permitted by applicable law. A sale may instead use a clean website installation with no enquiry database.
